THE ORANGE HOUSE

The Orange House is a beautifully restored, century old house in North West Cove, a busy fishing village famed for its beauty. It is the ideal spot from which to explore the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Located on highway 329, the Orange House is only a 50 minute drive from downtown Halifax. Lunenburg, a World Heritage Site, is 45 minutes away along the beautiful coastal route. Seated on a hill with an ocean view, the Orange House is fully equipped and furnished. There are five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The photographs below are two views of the master bedroom, the Rose Room. The entire house has been lovingly restored, and is in immaculate condition. It is a taste of Nova Scotia's history. The house can be rented by the night, the week or the month.
